I was an English speaking traveler visiting Israel from the US. I had the most unfortunate painful dental crisis halfway through my trip when I luckily received a referral for Dr. Jacobson. Traveling in a foreign country while experiencing a high level of pain was frightening, though Dr. Jacobson’s immediate response and gentle demeanor was very comforting. After worsening pain, he offered to see me as soon as possible, which happened to be his day off! I find this kind of dedication to patient care to be very rare.Once in the hands of Dr. Jacobson’s medical attention, it was determined that I had an abscess below the root of a molar. His thoughtful assessment indicated that in the limited time I had in Israel, he could provide prophylactic measures to ease pain and infection enough to get me back home to the states. Once at home, I could proceed with the necessary dental surgery.I am writing this review the day after my visit with Dr. Jacobson. He has checked in with my husband several times this morning via “WhatsApp” and patiently responded to questions.Dr. Jacobson, I will never forget your kindness, compassion and sense of humor, I might add. I completely trusted your medical assessment of my situation. I will always be grateful for your good care.
Dr. Farryl Jacobson is very nice and professional. He always makes sure that I am comfortable and in no pain. The entire staff here is very easy to talk to. I am pleased with the work that Dr. Farryl has done they have gained a lifelong patient with me. I would recommend this dental clinic.
I had a very good experience with the Dr Farryl Jacobson and his staff. He was very patient with me and spend a lot of time trying to calm me down. The staff was very helpful and always available to help. He is very professional, and he takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice. It's not an easy to find a good dentist for your tooth problem. Recommended!
